NIGEL KAVOR may use, evaluate, recommend, partner with, or receive compensation from outside companies. Material commercial relationships will be disclosed clearly. A commercial relationship does not control the conclusion, and compensation does not convert a claim into evidence.
Commercial Relationships
At initial launch, NIGEL KAVOR offers free education, research, and an optional newsletter; paid products are not part of the launch offering. In the future, the work may be supported by sponsorships, affiliate arrangements, referral programs, partnerships, advertising, or other commercial agreements. If a relationship is material to content, research, a recommendation, or a transaction, it will be disclosed in a way that gives the audience meaningful context.
Independence of Conclusions
Commercial relationships do not determine research findings, reviews, verdicts, or conclusions. Partners do not purchase favorable evidence. If the evidence does not support a claim, the commercial relationship does not change that standard.
Use, Evaluation & Recommendations
A product, platform, service, data provider, or other company may be used or discussed without being a sponsor or partner. Likewise, a commercial relationship does not automatically mean that every mention of a company is paid. Where compensation or another material relationship is relevant, it should be identified.
Affiliate & Referral Links
Some links may be affiliate or referral links. If a person uses one of these links, NIGEL KAVOR may receive compensation or another benefit. When applicable, the relationship will be disclosed near the relevant content or link. The existence of compensation should not be treated as evidence that a product or service is appropriate for every trader.
Sponsorships & Partnerships
Sponsored or partnered content should be identified as such. NIGEL KAVOR retains control over its conclusions and will not knowingly present paid messaging as independent research. If a commercial arrangement materially limits what can be tested, said, or disclosed, that limitation should be made clear or the work should not be presented as independent evidence.
Personal Experience & Results
The fact that Nigel uses a product, platform, service, prop firm, broker, tool, or data provider does not by itself constitute a recommendation or guarantee of results. Individual circumstances, costs, rules, risks, and experiences can differ.
The Standard
Commercial relationships can support the work. They cannot be allowed to redefine the work.
