When you subscribe to Follow the Work, contact NIGEL KAVOR, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide information such as your email address and any information you choose to include in your message or form submission.
Email Subscriptions
Follow the Work uses an embedded subscription form supplied by Kit, loaded from nigel-kavor.kit.com. When you interact with that form, Kit may process the information you submit and technical information associated with loading and operating the embed. Kit manages subscription confirmation, email delivery, subscriber records, and related form and email performance. We use a confirmation step before adding a subscriber as a confirmed recipient.
Website & Technical Information
This website is built and hosted using Webflow. Like most hosted websites and online services, service providers may process technical information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain their services. The site currently uses Webflow's Google Fonts integration to load typography; this may involve requests to Google servers and processing of technical information such as a visitor's IP address. Additional analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies will be disclosed here if they are added to the NIGEL KAVOR site.
At launch, Nigel has not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics service. The current Webflow configuration has no native Webflow forms, configured Google Tag IDs, registered custom scripts, or site-wide custom code. However, Webflow, Kit, and other providers involved in delivering the website or embedded form may process technical information and may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies according to their services and configurations. We have not independently verified every browser request or storage operation and do not represent the site as cookie-free. If material data-processing features are introduced, this policy will be updated.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate and maintain the website; provide requested communications; manage and confirm email subscriptions; respond to questions or messages; understand the performance of forms, emails, and the site; protect against abuse or security threats; comply with applicable obligations; and improve NIGEL KAVOR's content, research, and services.
Service Providers
NIGEL KAVOR uses third-party providers to operate parts of its infrastructure. Current providers include Webflow for website hosting and delivery, Kit for email subscription and delivery functions, and Google in connection with fonts loaded through Webflow's Google Fonts integration. Other providers may be added as the site and business develop. These providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy practices, and our configuration of their services.
Sharing & Commercial Use
NIGEL KAVOR does not intend to sell subscriber email addresses or personal information as a standalone product. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the site and communications, or when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or protection of legal rights. If future business functionality materially changes these practices, this policy should be updated before or when that functionality is introduced.
